Job summary

Amazon in the United States (Phoenix, AZ area) seeks a seasoned Program Manager to own the direct-to-disposition program. You will work at the intersection of product, operations, and supply chain transformation to reshape how returns are processed at scale.

You will collaborate with product managers, PMs, software developers, vendors, and internal operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive program objectives through planning, oversight, and documentation.
• Design and scale services and tools to handle increasing volume and complexity.
• Develop and track KPIs and SLAs; support status updates and benchmarking.
• Lead cross-functional communication for updates, policies, and processes.
• Drive root-cause analysis to resolve critical customer issues.
• Negotiate and establish efficient processes across partner teams.
