Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the XL ReLo Ops Excellence team's scoping, design, and delivery of operational capabilities and cost efficiencies.

You will partner with PMO, product, tech and ops, build dashboards, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements while shaping scalable processes across AMXL returns and ReCommerce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

• Operational processes to reduce cost through performance efficiencies
• Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability
