Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategy and execution of new customer-facing delivery offerings within the SSD network. You will own end-to-end program lifecycle from pilot design through scale, driving expansion strategy, economic sustainability, and cross-functional alignment with operations, science, tech, finance, and CX teams to ensure scalable, confident launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the expansion strategy and roadmap for new customer delivery offerings, including site sequencing and scale inputs for leadership.
• Lead the economic sustainability workstream—model cost scenarios and investment framework for go/no-go decisions.
• Drive cross-functional cadence across fulfillment, delivery, science, and tech teams to ensure capability readiness for launch timelines.
• Own the narrative for leadership reviews by synthesizing performance, insights, and financial projections.
• Define and manage the customer insights integration plan with quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform CX trade-offs at scale.
• Develop the decision framework for monetization strategies and operating model adjustments based on data maturity.
• Identify and resolve blockers to scale, including variability, science deployment timelines, and capacity constraints at expansion sites.
• Build mechanisms to transfer learnings from pilots to expansion sites to reduce launch instability.
