Job summary

SpeedX in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the technical planning and delivery of PUDO and Returns initiatives, with a focus on supporting strategic customers such as Vinted. Responsibilities

• Translate PUDO and Returns business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• Coordinate Driver App, OMS, TMS, BI, API, tracking, and PUDO platform enhancements.
• Manage backlog priority, UAT, rollout timeline, and technical issue escalation.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones.
• Track technical dependencies, risks, and blockers through closure.
• Act as the technical bridge between Business, Process, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Represent customer and operational needs during technical design and development.
• Support solution design and technical trade-off discussions.
• Ensure technical delivery remains aligned with business priorities and expected outcomes.
• Communicate delivery progress, risks, and decisions to key stakeholders.
• Lead customer and partner integrations for PUDO, Returns, routing, tracking, and status management.
• Coordinate API design, data mapping, system interfaces, and exception handling.
• Support Vinted integrations including PSF, PUDO availability, geolocation, operating hours, and coverage filtering.
• Drive testing, UAT, rollout, and post-launch stabilization.
• Ensure solutions are scalable for future volume growth and network expansion.
• Technical roadmap and backlog.

Role Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead the technical planning and delivery of SPX PUDO and Returns initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting strategic customers such as Vinted.

This role acts as the bridge between Business, Process, Operations, and Engineering teams. The position is responsible for translating business requirements into clear technical scope, managing technical priorities, and coordinating system delivery across the end-to-end PUDO and Returns journey.

Key Responsibilities

Tech and Platforms

• Translate PUDO and Returns business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• Coordinate Driver App, OMS, TMS, BI, API, tracking, and PUDO platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience working across Business, Operations, Process, and Engineering teams.
• Certified Agile or Scrum qualification preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, API documentation tools, BI platforms, and logistics systems preferred.
