Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Strategy Senior Manager within Experience Services. You will lead strategic advisory, discovery, roadmap, and transformation efforts for large enterprise customers, including Public Sector engagements.

You will partner with sales, delivery leaders, and executives to craft value-focused programs and drive adoption across organizations. The role emphasizes customer-centric value, cross-functional leadership, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate outcomes and scale

Qualifications

Experience in business strategy, enterprise architecture, product management, agile, program governance, experience design, change management, and/or value realization.
Application of AI tools in services delivery.
Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience relevant to Public Sector organizations.

Responsibilities

Provide business strategy subject matter expertise during sales and delivery cycles.
Help position and sell large-enterprise engagements; define scope, team, value narrative, and pitch.
Uncover future sales opportunities to drive ongoing customer value.
Distill customer research to identify needs and opportunities.
Develop multi-year roadmaps and strategic use cases.
Drive stakeholder alignment across functions and craft new ways of working.
Adopt new operating models, governance, and adoption strategies.
Collaborate with program management to integrate value strategies into delivery.
