Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Strategy Senior Manager within Experience Services to lead delivery excellence for enterprise customers. You will partner with C-level sponsors, shape multi-year roadmaps, and translate strategic visions into actionable programs across public sector engagements.

You will guide strategic discovery, enable adoption, manage risk, and coach teams to drive value realization while leveraging AI tools. Travel up to 25-30% is expected, and US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of customer-facing experience leading complex experience-led engagements with large-scale transformation.
GTM support experience; comfortable pitching to C-suite executives.
Deep expertise across Business Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, Agile, Governance, Experience Design, Change Management, and Value Realization; AI in services.
Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience relevant to Public Sector organizations.
Experience with Public Sector customers (Federal Civilian, Defense, State & Local Government, Nonprofit, Education).
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong workshop design and facilitation skills.
Strong problem solving; ability to set direction with ambiguous data and drive roadmaps.
Proven relationship management across Sales, Engagement Leaders, Solution & Technical Architects, and Partners.
BA/BS or MA/MS in a related field; willingness to travel 25-30% and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advisory on Salesforce products and services during sales and delivery cycles.
Help position and sell large-enterprise consulting engagements; define scope, team, value narrative, and pitch.
Uncover future sales opportunities to drive ongoing customer value.
Perform customer, industry, and end-user research to identify needs and opportunities.
Develop multi-year roadmaps and strategic use cases to project value and organizational impact.
Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional adoption of new operating models.
Collaborate with program management to integrate business value strategies into delivery and manage risk.
Coach and develop other Business Strategists and project teams to consistent delivery standards.
Lead internal initiatives to grow the Business Strategy capability and contribute to knowledge base.
