Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Strategy Senior Manager within Experience Services to lead strategic advisory, discovery, and roadmap work for enterprise customers.

You will partner with C-level clients, drive multi-year programs, and apply AI tools to deliver value while shaping operating models and governance.

The role emphasizes public sector experience, cross-functional leadership, and delivering measurable business outcomes across large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, Agile, Program Governance, Experience Design, Change Management, and/or Value Realization.
• Proven Public Sector consulting experience with Federal Civilian, Defense, State & Local Government, Nonprofit, or Education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate business value to stakeholders at all levels and facilitate workshops.

Responsibilities

• Provide business strategy subject matter expertise as it relates to Salesforce products and services during the sales and delivery cycles.
• Help position and sell large-enterprise consulting engagements to customers; define program scope, team, value narrative, and pitch.
• Uncover future sales opportunities to drive ongoing customer value.
• Perform and distill customer, industry, and end-user research to identify needs and opportunities.
• Conduct assessments and facilitate workshops to develop operating models and business visions.
• Identify enterprise business process improvements to realize efficiencies and impact.
• Take ownership of the vision and value narrative into delivery as a Phase 0 roadmap.
• Leverage AI tools in creation and execution of deliverables.
