Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles delivering complex experience-led engagements
• Experience in Public Sector organizations (federal, state/local, nonprofit, education)
• Proven ability to craft multi-year operating models and value realization
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Engagement Leaders, Solution Architects and Partners
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% and work onsite with customers

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic SME input during sales and delivery cycles
• Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps and value models
• Lead cross-functional teams to align on vision, governance, and adoption
• Drive stakeholder alignment and secure buy-in across functions
• Support internal growth of the Business Strategy capability and knowledge base
• Mentor and lead junior strategists to deliver consistent results
