Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Strategy Senior Manager within Experience Services, responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across enterprise customers. You will partner with C-level clients to define visions, roadmaps, and value realization, leveraging AI tools to drive faster value and adoption.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape multi-year strategy programs, and contribute to the growth of Salesforce’s Public Sector practice while maintaining a strong customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex client engagements in a cross-functional setting.
• Go-to-market support experience including scoping, proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to articulate business value to C-level executives and lead multi-year transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory across Salesforce products during sales and delivery cycles.
• Capture future-state operating models and governance for enterprise clients; translate to actionable roadmaps.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and value cases to project benefits and ROI.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and cross-functional partnerships to adopt new ways of working.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate business value into delivery and manage risks.
• Coach and develop other strategists to raise delivery standards and renewals.
• Lead initiatives to grow the Practice and share methodologies within the team.
