Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Business Strategy Senior Manager within Experience Services to ensure delivery excellence across Professional Services engagements for enterprise customers. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements with large-scale transformation.
• Go-to-market (GTM) support experience, including scoping, proposal development, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Experience with Salesforce product knowledge and solution design relevant to Public Sector organizations.
• Travel up to 25-30% and willingness to travel to onsite customer locations.
