Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements with large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory across sales and delivery cycles for enterprise engagements.
• Conduct strategic discovery and assessment to develop operating models and future-state visions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and value models to drive investments and change.
• Drive organizational adoption, governance, and new ways of working across functions.
• Collaborate with program management to ensure delivery of business value and risk management.
• Coach and develop team members to raise delivery standards and customer outcomes.
• Support building the Business Strategy capability and contribute to the practice knowledge base.
