This engineer drives technical go-to-market, owns the relationship from discovery to renewal, and leverages AI to automate repetitive tasks while delivering measurable outcomes across public sector accounts.

Qualifications

• Public sector experience with SLED, Local Government, or municipal agencies.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical knowledge across web security, networking, cloud, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build architectures, and demonstrate products tailored to public sector needs.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation, owning discovery, demos, health, and expansion strategy.
• Carry a quota tied to new business and account growth with cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle, including renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate repetitive tasks and focus on value delivery.
