Qualifications

Public Sector Expertise with SLED, Local Government, State or Municipal agencies.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
Quota-carrying or revenue-aligned experience with SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver PoCs for public sector clients.
Own onboarding, implementation, health, risk, and expansion strategies with account executives.
Conduct QBRs translating platform capabilities into business value for government executives.
Act as trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle and leverage AI-augmented workflows.
