You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving new business for CAD, records management, jail management, and related tools.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of sales or 8+ years in public safety; travel up to 50% within the territory; relocation provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of sales or public safety experience, or 8+ years in related fields.
• Experience selling to multiple levels, project stakeholders, and committees is a plus.
• Experience with large-ticket products and long sales cycles is beneficial.
• Consistently proactive in lead and opportunity qualification and development.

Responsibilities

• Sell Motorola’s CAD, records management, jail management, evidence management, analytics, and situational awareness solutions to new customers.
• Hunter role focused on capturing new business in large-tier agencies.
• Travel within territory up to 50% and engage via calls, visits, demos, and regional user group meetings.
