Motorola Solutions is seeking a top-performing sales professional focused on public safety software. You will hunt new business, cultivate relationships with large city and county agencies, and present CAD, records management, and other solutions through demonstrations and in-person visits.

This role requires a track record of selling complex, high-ticket systems, and the ability to manage stakeholders across government levels. Travel up to 50% within NM and NV is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years in sales or public safety.
• Or 8+ years in sales, customer success, or public safety.
• Experience selling to multiple levels and committees is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in NM/NV territory.

Mansioni

• Sell Motorola Solutions' public safety software to new customers.
• Hunter role targeting large-tier city and county agencies.
• Develop relationships via calls, visits, demos, and regional user groups.
• Coordinate with state/local officials on multi-jurisdictional projects.
