Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead strategic accounts in public safety solutions. You will drive long-term sales, manage key relationships, and coordinate pre-sales resources across NG9-1-1, CAD/RMS and related offerings.

Travel about 50%+ is expected within the assigned territory as you grow revenue in Michigan and neighboring regions, with a base salary target of $90,000–$100,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years in sales, customer success, military or public safety OR 8+ years in those areas.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish credible account relationships and drive sales into competitive accounts.
• Manage NG 9-1-1 partner ecosystem including resellers and manufacturer reps.
• Lead sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for existing Vesta Solutions and CallWorks accounts.
• Develop and implement an Add-On sales plan for each account across the Public Safety Applications portfolio.
• Coordinate a diverse team of internal and external pre-sales resources to assess customer needs.
• Act as trusted advisor to influence customer technology platform decisions and loyalty for Motorola Solutions.
• Build strong relationships with decision makers and influencers within the customer base.
• Develop procurement vehicles for multiple solutions to leverage across target accounts.
