Job summary

Motorola Solutions Inc seeks a Senior Account Manager to drive software sales for public safety solutions. You will own the end-to-end sales process, cultivate relationships with city and county leaders, and deliver compelling demonstrations to win major contracts.

The role focuses on CAD, RM, jail management, analytics and situational awareness software across New Mexico and Nevada, with up to 50% travel. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, project management, military and/or public safety experience.
• 8+ years of sales, customer success, project management, military and/or public safety experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell Motorola's CAD, records management, jail management, analytics and situational awareness software to new customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across states in the territory.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations, webinars and regional user-group meetings.
• Coordinate with state and local officials on multi-jurisdictional projects and procurement processes.
