Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive strategic accounts in the Public Safety Solutions space. You will manage relationships, coordinate pre-sales resources, and lead long-term service deals while targeting NG911 and CAD/RMS markets.

Travel 50%+ is expected as you expand our turnkey Public Safety portfolio, including Command & Control applications. Join a people-first culture focused on safer communities and mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• OR 8+ years of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience.
• Knowledge of NG911, CAD/RMS, Mobile Data solutions and related markets.

Responsabilités

• Establish credible account relationships and drive sales into competitive accounts.
• Coordinate internal and external pre-sales resources to address customer needs.
• Develop and implement an Add On sales plan for each account within territory.
