Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Indiana seeks a sales professional to drive revenue for NG 9-1-1 and public safety solutions. You will coordinate a cross-functional team to address customer needs and develop strategic accounts.

The role emphasizes relationship development with decision makers, proactive opportunity pursuit, and the ability to position long-term Motorola Solutions offerings across public safety customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience OR 8+ years in these areas.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce.com.
• Experience selling long-term, large service deals as a solution.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written & presentation).

Responsibilities

• Establish credible account relationships and drive sales into competitive accounts.
• Manage NG 9-1-1 partner ecosystem including resellers and manufacturers representatives.
• Sales, strategic account planning and relationship management for existing Vesta Solutions and CallWorks accounts.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Add On sales plan for each account in the geography covering Public Safety Applications portfolio.
• Assemble and coordinate a diverse team of internal & external pre-sales resources to assess customer needs.
