Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Indiana seeks an experienced sales professional to drive strategic accounts in public safety. You will establish credible relationships, lead account planning, and coordinate pre-sales resources to address customer needs and long-term opportunities.

The role focuses on NG9-1-1, CAD/RMS, and public safety solutions with a travel requirement of 50%+; base salary targets $90,000–$100,000 USD per year, plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales, customer success, military or public safety.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com.
• Experience with Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish Credible account relationships and drive sales into competitive accounts.
• Manage and develop NG 9-1-1 partner ecosystem, including resellers and manufacturers reps.
• Lead strategic account planning and relationship management for existing Vesta Solutions and CallWorks accounts.
• Assemble cross-functional pre-sales resources to address customer needs and requirements.
• Influence customers' technology platform decisions and build loyalty for Motorola Solutions.
