The role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree, and 10+ years of experience. Candidates should be proficient with ASPEN, CAPE, ETAP, and EasyPower, and willing to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) is required.
• PE License is required.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead short-circuit and symmetrical component analyses to ensure system reliability.
• Design and optimize relay settings and coordination for critical grid infrastructure.
• Develop protection schemes for transmission, distribution, and renewables projects.
• Create test plans, assist commissioning, and troubleshoot protection events.
• Ensure compliance with NERC PRC standards and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate across teams and embrace new technologies.
