Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Senior Relay Technician to act as the technical lead for protection and control systems, overseeing testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and full project execution. You will manage field teams, analyze protection schemes, and ensure safe, reliable operation of substations and industrial systems while interacting with customers.

Qualifications
- Experience with protection and control testing and relay settings.
- Ability to read schematics and validate configurations.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime.
- Able to pass drug screen and background check.
- Strong communication and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety briefings and enforce policies on job sites.
- Analyze protection schemes for power circuits.
- Install, commission, test substation relay panels and controls.
- Perform advanced testing with relay test equipment.
- Develop project execution plans and coordinate field activities.
- Prepare reports, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation.
- Mentor Relay Technicians and interface with customers.
