Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a ProServe Account Executive to engage customers in IT strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud projects. You will partner with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and build trusted relationships.

You translate technical concepts into business value, manage CRM, and drive revenue and CSAT while securing SOWs and ensuring outcomes post-launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology sales or account management experience.
• Experience with sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead business development and high-value engagements with customers.
• Collaborate with AGS representatives for a coordinated approach to key accounts.
• Create proposals, secure sign-off on Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure project delivery.
• Monitor projects to ensure delivery of customer business outcomes and maximize revenue.
• Advocate for customers while balancing AWS business objectives.
