Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist for Technical Evaluation and Proposals. You will generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and GMP manufacturing, collaborating with Sales & BD to craft competitive, compliant offers for clinical and commercial projects.

You will Partner with SMEs across sites to deliver high-quality technical assessments, ensure profitability, and drive proposals from initial RFI to binding contracts.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills with ability to multi-task in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss with customers to develop proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics and Drug Product offerings to support clinical and commercial needs.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposals and manage the proposal process.
• Maintain proactive proposal pipeline and manage deadlines.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
