Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company shaping the future of medicine. The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals will drive technical fit assessments, develop robust proposals, and partner with Sales & BD across global sites to secure contracts.

This role requires deep knowledge of biologics/drug product development and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to pricing and timelines.

Qualifications

Fundamental understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Self-discipline with a focus on high-quality results and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
Proactive prioritization in an entrepreneurial environment.
Proficient in MS Word and/or MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

Evaluate RFI/RFPs and develop technical understanding to frame proposal strategy.
Generate detailed proposals across Biologics and Drug Product offerings to support clinical and commercial needs.
Support revising scope with SMEs and drive proposal to contract signature.
Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
Incorporate contractual terms and maintain strong proposal development quality.
Proactive proposal pipeline management and timely delivery of proposals.
Deliver commitments to meet customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
Support costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
