Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is hiring a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings. You will work with subject matter experts and Sales across sites globally to deliver high-quality technical and commercial value propositions that meet customer expectations and drive profitability. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Competenze

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and development lifecycle.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to develop technical understanding and proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance/Drug Product, and platforms to support clinical and commercial needs.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposal-to-contract process.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Development to determine profitable program pricing.
• Manage proposal pipelines and deliver against commitments to customers.
