Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to lead technical assessments and craft compelling proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings. You will partner with Sales, BD, and SMEs across sites to develop robust work statements and pricing strategies for binding contracts.

The role requires evaluating RFI/RFPs, driving proposal development from concept to close, and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined with high quality output and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive prioritization in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss with prospective customers to ensure technical understanding and develop proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing for biologics and small molecules to support clinical and commercial needs.
• Support revising scope with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and maintain exceptional proposal development.
• Proactive proposal pipeline management and meeting proposal deadlines.
• Deliver on commitments to manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
