Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company redefining how medicine is produced. The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals will lead technical assessments and pricing for complex proposals across biologics and drug product offerings, partnering with Sales, SMEs and sites worldwide to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling opportunities.

The role combines strategy, cost analysis, and cross-functional coordination to generate binding scopes and timelines

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined with a focus on high-quality results and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to understand customer needs and shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across biologics, technology platforms, development, manufacturing for drug substances and products.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract signature.
• Collaborate with Sales & Business Management to determine profitable program pricing.
• Incorporate contractual terms and demonstrate strong proposal development skills.
• Manage proposal pipeline and ensure timely progress of development processes.
• Deliver on commitments to manage customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
