Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals. You will generate proposals across our franchises, collaborating with SMEs across sites worldwide to deliver technically sound and commercially compelling bids that meet customer requirements for new and existing projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to define a technical approach and proposal strategy.
• Create detailed proposals for Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing.
• Assist in refining scope with SMEs and drive proposals from draft to contract.
• Collaborate with Sales & BD to determine pricing and profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and develop high-quality proposals.
• Manage proposal pipeline and critical development processes.
• Meet customer expectations with timely estimates and outputs.
• Support costings and pricing analyses for opportunities.
