Job summary

The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals plays a key role in Commercial Operations, coordinating with subject matter experts across sites to produce high-quality proposals from budgets to binding contracts.

You will partner with Sales & BD, assess customer requirements, and develop technical fits and value propositions that support clinical and commercial programs while ensuring

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.

• Proficient in MS Word and/or MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and discuss customer needs for proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance/Drug Product and related offerings.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales/Management to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and maintain proposal quality.
• Proactive proposal pipeline management and process improvement.
• Deliver against commitments and manage customer expectations.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
