Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals. You will generate proposals across franchises, work with Sales & BD, and develop technical and commercial value for customer programs.

You will partner with SMEs across sites to deliver high-quality proposals, support scope changes, and ensure timely pricing and timelines that meet client expectations and internal profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and the drug development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving.
• Self-discipline with high-quality results, able to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Proactive prioritization in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs to understand customer needs and define proposal strategies.
• Generate detailed proposals for biologics, GMP manufacturing, and related services.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive proposals from draft to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales and Commercial teams for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and develop strong proposals.
• Manage the proposal pipeline and ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Support costing and pricing analyses for opportunity funnel.
• Collaborate with cross-site teams globally to deliver fit-for-purpose proposals.
