Job summary

Resilience seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to generate high-quality, technically sound proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Product offerings. You will collaborate with sales, SMEs, and commercial teams to deliver robust, value-driven proposals and contract-ready documents.

Qualifications

• Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Able to multitask in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs with customers to define technical approach and strategy.
• Prepare detailed proposals for Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings.
• Drive scope revisions with SMEs and shepherd proposal to contract signature.
• Collaborate with Sales/BD to determine pricing ensuring profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and ensure quality of proposals.
• Manage proposal pipeline and development process; implement improvements.
