The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals plays a crucial role in the Commercial Operations team, crafting technical and commercial proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance, and Drug Product offerings.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating technical information and proposals.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs to define technical approach for proposals.
• Generate detailed proposals spanning Biologics, Drug Substance/Product, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with SMEs across sites to refine scope and pricing.
• Support proposal to contract signature and ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms into proposal deliverables.
• Manage proposal pipeline and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunities.
