Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned professional to lead RFQ/RFP responses and manage cross‑divisional proposal efforts. You will co‑manage schedules, coordinate content, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Marketing to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in marketing or proposals, a BA in Marketing/PR/Communications, and strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Remote collaboration is common in our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience.
• Experience coordinating RFQ/RFP processes and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and manage proposal scheduling.
• Develop and maintain qualification templates and content libraries.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Marketing for compliance and data.
• Schedule kickoff and review meetings.
• Perform desktop publishing and prepare final documents.
• Upload/print/bind and ship responses.
• Support weekly Capture Management and Opportunity reports.
• Maintain firmwide content library and resumes.
