Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a seasoned Marketing/Proposal professional to lead RFQ and RFP responses across all divisions. You will co-manage proposal schedules, develop standard qualifications, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Marketing to deliver high-quality, timely submissions.

The role emphasizes meticulous document development, desktop publishing, and content adaptation for client needs, with a focus on the architectural, engineering, and construction domain.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience coordinating RFQ/RFP processes and content development.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities for technical content.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate schedules with the Proposal Manager.
• Maintain qualification documents and ensure timely submissions.
• Create response templates and assign tasks to contributors.
• Coordinate with Legal/Contracts, Finance, and Marketing for data and compliance.
• Schedule and run progress meetings; manage content development.
