Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Sr. Analyst on the Proposal and Capture team to support major proposals, pricing, and outreach. You will work with stakeholders across business lines and functions to win new business and ensure timely delivery of compelling narratives and technical content.

You will progressively manage larger deals, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and help bring opportunities from inception to contract close in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in Government contracting or defense contracting is required.
• Excellent writing and critical analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a coherent narrative.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and drive a project to completion.
• Comfort engaging with diverse disciplines including design, engineering, program management, legal/contracts, supply chain and finance.
• U.S. Person status is required for access to export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• You will craft narratives and documents that drive Anduril’s business.
• Support capture, pricing, and outreach strategy through proposals and white papers.
• Coordinate responses to Government and customer requests for information and proposals.
• Assist with cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Develop and curate a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for internal use.
• Coordinate with engineering to accurately represent technology to customers.
• Set up and maintain deal/proposal infrastructure (Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack) and coordinate reviews and approvals.
