Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an International Proposal & Capture Manager to join our growing Proposal team. You will provide essential project management and content generation skills, crafting narratives and pricing strategies while coordinating with stakeholders to close international deals.

You will write responses to government and customer requests, tailor proposals for regional contexts, and manage multiple priorities across regions and countries to support growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing with the ability to generate large documents on short timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to digest complex ideas for stakeholders at all levels.
• Significant experience with international Government solicitation processes.

Responsibilities

• Write narratives and documents that drive Anduril’s business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pursue opportunities and execute capture, pricing, and outreach strategies.
• Manage responses to international Government and customer requests for white papers, information, quotes, and proposals.
• Provide recommendations for proposal strategy considering regional, cultural, or customer context.
• Ensure global, regional, and country-specific considerations are reflected in proposals and maintain coordination.
• Support and implement strategic pricing across products and lines within the regional portfolio.
• Create and own the proposal process with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Develop and curate a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for use across the business.
• Coordinate with engineering to accurately represent technology to customers.
• Monitor and flag potential opportunities to internal stakeholders.
