Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Sr. Analyst to join the Proposal and Capture team. You will translate complex technologies (radar, RF, EO/IR, defeat systems) into unified, winning proposals and maintain compliance across documents.

You will collaborate with legal, contracts, and executive teams to develop and manage proposals from inception to contract close, growing into larger, more complex deals in a fast-paced, security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Government or defense contracting.
• Ability to translate complex information into a coherent narrative for external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles, pricing methodologies, and Excel for cost analysis.
• Excellent writing and critical analysis skills.
• Experience supporting proposal development and cross-functional collaboration across legal, finance, engineering, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a daily basis, handling technical writing, brief prep, CRM management, pricing, and editing.
• Construct compelling narratives and compliant documents to drive Anduril’s business.
• Support Managers and Sr. Managers with cross-functional collaboration for proposals and outreach.
• Coordinate content development for white papers, quotes, and proposals.
• Develop familiarity with AFS products to accurately represent capabilities in narratives.
• Support process improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Create and curate content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for the business.
• Coordinate with engineering to accurately represent technology in materials.
• Maintain deal/proposal infrastructure (Salesforce, Sharepoint, Slack) and orchestrate reviews and approvals.
• Collect data to support proposals (past performance, resumes, graphics).
• Coordinate with Legal Operations for corporate data consolidation.
