Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Sr. Analyst for the Proposal and Capture team. You will craft compelling narratives, support pricing strategies, and coordinate with stakeholders to win major proposals from inception to close.

You will develop technical narratives, manage content creation, and progressively take on larger, more complex deals, working in a fast-moving hyper-growth environment and interfacing with legal, finance, engineering, and program management teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of government contracting or defense contracting experience.
• Experience may come from related fields such as finance, engineering, or project management but must involve contracting with the US Government.
• Excellent writing and critical analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a clear narrative.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive a project to completion.
• Comfort collaborating with diverse teams including design, engineering, program management, legal/contracts, and finance.
• U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Write narratives and documents that drive Anduril’s business and proposals.
• Support capture, pricing, and outreach strategy through proposals, white papers, and other documents.
• Coordinate responses to Government and customer requests for information, quotes, and proposals.
• Support process improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and curate a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for use across the business.
• Coordinate with engineering to accurately represent the company’s technology to customers.
• Set up and maintain deal/proposal infrastructure (Salesforce, Sharepoint, Slack) and coordinate reviews and approvals.
