Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an International Proposal & Capture Manager to join our growing Proposals team in Washington. You will craft compelling narratives, manage responses for international government and customer requests, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to close high-value opportunities.

You will guide pricing strategies, develop content libraries, and ensure accurate representation of our advanced technologies to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and ability to generate large documents on short timelines.
• Significant experience with international Government solicitation processes.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting international proposals including FMS & DCS, international B2B deals, and foreign country domestic proposals.
• Experience working cross culturally and communicating clearly with non-native English speakers.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage narratives and documents to drive Anduril’s business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pursue opportunities and execute capture, pricing, and outreach strategies.
• Respond to international government and customer requests for information, quotes, and proposals.
• Provide recommendations on proposal strategy using regional/country context.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and transparency in proposals.
• Support strategic pricing across products and business lines within the regional portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics.
• Work with engineering to accurately represent technology in proposals.
• Monitor and flag potential opportunities to internal stakeholders.
