Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for the Enterprise Proposal Center. This US-remote role leads the development of compliant, compelling proposals in response to RFPs/RFIs, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required are extensive federal proposal experience, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and US citizenship with Top Secret clearance potential. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

• Understanding of FAR and DFARS.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff to submission.
• Collaborate with capture managers, SMEs, pricing, and compliance.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Manage Pink Team and Red Team reviews.
• Oversee production and on-time delivery of proposals.
• Provide status updates to senior management.
