Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for the Enterprise Proposal Center to lead the development of compliant and competitive proposals in response to government solicitations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, and drive proposal quality in a high-pressure remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale federal proposals for government agencies.
• Strong organizational, project management, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and federal procurement processes.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff to submission.
• Collaborate with capture managers, technical experts, SMEs, pricing, partners, and compliance.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Ensure full compliance with RFP requirements and submission guidelines.
• Oversee Pink Team and Red Team review processes.
• Manage production and on-time delivery of final proposals.
• Monitor status, risks, and issues and report to senior management.
• Mentor and train junior proposal staff.
