Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for the Enterprise Proposal Center to lead the development of compliant, compelling proposals in response to government solicitations. This role requires managing the proposal lifecycle from inception to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to government protocols.

The position is US-Remote-Telework, requires US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale federal proposals.
Understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and federal procurement processes.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with SMEs, pricing and compliance.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and maintain security protocols.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for on-site activities and meetings.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the proposal development process from kickoff to final delivery.
Collaborate with capture managers, technical experts, pricing, partners and compliance.
Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices; manage pink/Red team reviews.
Ensure all proposals meet RFP requirements and submission guidelines.
Oversee production and on-time delivery of final documents; communicate status and risks.
Conduct debriefings and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
