Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to own the end-to-end creation and delivery of high-quality client proposals across strategic opportunities. You will act as project manager, content developer, and quality controller—ensuring client-focused, deadline-driven submissions aligned with our services and value proposition.

The role balances project management, persuasive writing, and collaboration with SMEs, delivery leaders, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing bids, proposals, or responses in a professional services, consulting, or B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Review new RFPs or proposal requests and break down requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop proposal storylines, win themes, and outlines aligned to win strategy.
• Lead daily check-ins with Sales, Delivery, Commercial to align on value proposition and content responsibilities.
• Draft and tailor proposal content including executive summaries, service overviews, methodologies, bios, and case studies.
