Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to own, develop, manage, and deliver high-quality client proposals across strategic pursuits. You will act as project manager, content lead, and quality controller to ensure deadlines and messaging align with our service offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ bid/proposal experience in professional services or consulting.
• Strong PM skills; manage deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written English; tailor content for client audiences.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and procurement portals.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and document formatting.

Responsibilities

• Review new RFPs or proposal requests and break down requirements, deadlines and deliverables.
• Develop proposal storylines, win themes, and outlines aligned to win strategy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Commercial for content ownership and timing.
• Draft and tailor proposal content including executive summaries, bios, and case studies.
• Edit contributions from SMEs to ensure clarity and brand compliance.
• Package and finalize proposal documents for submission.
• Track bid progress and update dashboards with status and metrics.
