Job summary

Vialto seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to own and deliver high-quality client proposals across strategic bids. You will lead content development, coordinate with SMEs, and ensure proposals align with our services and value proposition for global opportunities.

You will manage deadlines, edit and tailor executive summaries, bios, case studies, and visuals, while mentoring junior writers and maintaining a reusable content library for consistent, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bid, proposal, or response management in professional services, consulting, or B2B.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent written English and ability to tailor content for clients.
• Familiarity with proposal structures and portals like Ariba, Jaggaer, or SAP.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and formatting best practices.
• Experience using Loopio, Responsive, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and break down requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop proposal storylines, win themes, and outlines aligned to win strategy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Commercial for content ownership and timelines.
• Draft and tailor proposal content, including executive summaries, service overviews, bios, and case studies.
• Edit and proofread contributions from SMEs to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
• Package, format, and finalize proposal documents for submission and tracking.
