Job summary

Vialto seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to own the development, management, and delivery of high-quality client proposals across strategic pursuits. You will serve as project manager, content developer, and quality controller to ensure submissions are client-focused, deadline-driven, and aligned with our services and value proposition.

This role blends project management, persuasive writing, and collaboration with SMEs, delivery leaders, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing bids, proposals, or responses in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments.
• Excellent written English with ability to edit, simplify, and tailor content for client audiences.
• Familiarity with proposal structures, formal RFP responses, and portals like Ariba, Jaggaer, or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Review new RFPs or proposal requests and break down key requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop proposal storylines, win themes, and section outlines aligned to win strategy.
• Host daily or scheduled check-ins with Stakeholders to align on content responsibilities.
• Draft and tailor proposal content, including executive summaries, service overviews, methodologies, bios, and case studies.
• Edit and proofread contributions from SMEs to ensure clarity and brand compliance.
• Coordinate visuals and design assets, timelines, team structures, and solution illustrations.
• Package, format, and finalize proposal documents for submission.
• Upload or submit final proposals through portals, email, or procurement systems.
• Track bid progress and update dashboards reflecting status and metrics.
• Develop pitch decks and support presentation teams with oral coaching.
