We seek an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of pursuits across federal, state, and municipal opportunities. You will coordinate with business development, operations, and executives to craft compliant, visually compelling proposals, manage multiple deadlines, and drive process improvements with AI tools and our Cosential/Unanet CRM.

Formación

• 8-10+ years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry.
• Experience managing complex engineering proposals from kickoff through final submission.
• Experience with federal, state, municipal pursuits and alternative delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, strategy, coordination, production, and delivery of high-quality proposals and related collateral.
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with schedules, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, establish proposal schedules, assign responsibilities, and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with business development, operations, technical staff, communications, and leadership to develop winning messaging.
• Ensure proposal compliance with client requirements, RFQs/RFPs/SOQs and procurement regulations.
• Coordinate content collection from internal teams, teaming partners, and subcontractors.
• Edit, proofread, and format technical content for clarity and readability.
• Develop visually compelling proposal layouts and PowerPoint presentations with brand consistency.
• Support interview preparation with presentation development and rehearsal logistics.
• Maintain proposal assets within Cosential (Unanet CRM).
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal workflows through technology and AI-assisted strategy.
• Build collaborative relationships across departments and drive a high-performing marketing team.
