Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to drive the proposal development lifecycle, maintain documentation integrity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You will oversee the inquiry interpretation, schedule adherence, and alignment with the company’s bid strategy.

The role offers leadership opportunities, collaboration across multiple departments, and a focus on compliant, high-quality proposals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant proposal experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Journalism, English or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience within the construction industry (exposure to EPC projects in the power delivery industry)
• Knowledge and skills in bid preparation, specifically in the electric power industry

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal proposal process and production.
• Review inquiry scope and deliverables.
• Develop the proposal matrix and schedule.
• Establish electronic proposal file structure, archive and back-up procedures.
• Document proposal file access and tracking protocols for security and integrity.
• Lead internal proposal kick-off meetings with the team.
• Liaise with sales, commercial and technical teams to gather required documents.
• Ensure proposal reflects client requirements and our win strategy.
• Coordinate day-to-day proposal preparation and progress meetings.
• Identify problems and propose solutions with stakeholders.
• Ensure scope of services is defined and aligned with estimates.
• Coordinate internal flow and approvals prior to submission.
• Act as client liaison with the sales team on formal matters.
• Adhere to internal standards and procedures.
• Perform special projects as assigned
