Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to lead the internal proposal process, ensure security and integrity of documentation, and drive timely submission. You will coordinate with commercial and technical teams across multiple offices, mentor colleagues, and uphold the company’s proposal standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of proposal experience or equivalent
• Experience within construction/EPC projects is a plus
• Ability to organize and manage multiple proposals simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Set up internal proposal numbers and files
• Review inquiries to interpret scope and deliverables
• Develop proposal matrix and schedule per process guidelines
• Coordinate internal proposal efforts and lead kick-off meetings
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards
• Liaise with sales, technical teams and other departments
• Prepare proposals daily and monitor progress with the team
• Document and track all proposal inputs and outputs
